The Path: What Is Not Right Is Not Always Wrong

We often think in binaries — right or wrong, success or failure, yes or no. But life rarely fits into such neat categories. Somewhere between the extremes lies a space that’s softer, more human, and infinitely more real. That space is where most of us live, decide, and grow.

Well well well… that’s a glimpse into “may be,” “shall be,” “would be,” “will be,” “could be,” “might be.” These are not just words — they are synonyms of a statement, the soft cushions of possibility.

The Mind’s First Movement

I’m not a perfectionist. I’m human. And humans make mistakes — we correct them, we learn, and we move forward.

When you start something new, your mind doesn’t always have a blueprint for how it will unfold. There’s no guarantee of a “right” outcome. So the beginning? It often rests on one of the “be’s.” The brain holds onto these possibilities, weighs the risks, and makes a choice — not with certainty, but with cautious optimism.

It doesn’t leap blindly. It pauses, reflects, and moves — not because it’s sure, but because it’s willing to begin.

The Whisper of Emotion

Then come the emotions. For me, they’re either a constant undercurrent or a sudden wave from the gut. They don’t always speak in logic, but they speak in truth. Emotions don’t wait for certainty — they move with instinct, with feeling, with faith.

They, too, rest on the “be’s.” They whisper, maybe this is right, maybe this is worth it. And even when the path is unclear, emotions offer a cushion — not of facts, but of belief. They don’t eliminate risk, but they soften the fall.

The Space Between Right and Wrong

There’s a space between what is right and what is wrong — a space that isn’t indecision, but discernment. It’s where faith lives. It’s where belief begins. It’s where we accept uncertainty not as a flaw, but as a feature of being alive.

This path isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about showing up, even when the outcome is unknown. It’s about trusting the “be’s” — not because they promise success, but because they allow us to begin.

So no, what is not right is not always wrong. Sometimes, it’s just becoming.

And sometimes, what is not right… is simply not wrong. 🙂
